Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Guest list registration: full name, email, mobile number, the promoter code you enter, and an optional social media link.
• Ticket purchases: full name, email, mobile number, optional address, optional promoter code, and the payment reference or proof of payment you upload.
• Gift vouchers: full name, email, mobile number, optional social media link, your visit date, and whether you are coming alone or as a group.
• Promoter accounts: full name, email, phone, password (stored encrypted), optional social media link, and the payout details you add later.
• Table reservations: the details you share with us by phone, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram.
• Site visits: the page you open, the website that sent you, your approximate city and country (from your IP address) and device type. We keep this for 90 days.
• Cookies and ad tracking: see below.

Why we use it

• To register you, issue your QR code, and check you in at the entrance.
• To confirm reservations, verify ticket payments, and give the inviting promoter credit.
• To pay promoters their commission.
• To send you event updates by SMS or email. You can stop these at any time by contacting us.
• To keep the venue and website safe and to understand which pages are useful.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share only what each service needs to work:

• Vercel and Neon — website hosting, file storage and our database.
• Semaphore — sending SMS messages.
• Telegram — internal alerts to our team about new website visits.
• Google (Tag Manager, Ads) and Meta (Pixel) — measuring how our ads perform.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Cookies and ad tracking

This website uses Google Tag Manager, the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel, which set cookies to measure visits and how our ads perform. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and control ad personalization in your Google (adssettings.google.com) and Meta ad preferences. Your browser also stores your language choice and when you last visited; these are not used for advertising.

How long we keep it

Site visit records are deleted after 90 days. Registration, ticket, reservation and promoter records are kept while they are needed for check-in, payments and accounting, and as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. We will reply within a reasonable time.

LOBO Superclub is an 18+ venue. Our website and services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
